Founded in 2009 with the Etienne kids, Derrick Jr., Danielle, Omre, Yien, Darrell Jr., and a few of their teammates, to now over 100 students currently enrolled and participating in fall, winter, spring, and summer training programs.
Etienne Soccer School prides itself with True Player Development in technique, tactics, physical excellence, and mental toughness, with results of students actively playing for professional clubs, semi-pro clubs, elite colleges and universities, youth national teams, MLS Next Academies, USL Academies, ECNL Academies, and competitive Futbol Clubs throughout the North East...
When Etienne Soccer School was started, the goal was to truly develop young players of the future with the skills and techniques at an early age that will help them progress to the next stage in their football journey. We want to showcase each player's talent to help them become academy players, youth national team players, high school student athletes, collegiate athletes and professionals.
ETIENNE SOCCER APPROACH
Etienne Soccer School is not a soccer club, but a club neutral organization, training soccer players from various academies and teams from all over. It's not just another training company, however it is more importantly an educational establishment. A player associated with ESS is engaged to learn and to truly develop. The ESS Approach is to create a learning environment centered on football activities, yet we consider that there are many other facets which are important for a young person to develop as an individual within society. In addition to helping players enhance their football ability, we will also educate them on aspects of fitness, nutrition and health.
We are committed to ensuring that all players associated with ESS acquire good values and standards, which will sustain them throughout their lives irrespective of their ultimate achievements as football players. We consider that a central feature of our role as educators is to ensure that all players acquire the value of tolerance, self esteem, respect for others, loyalty, self discipline, and commitment to excellence. A young player associated with ETIENNE SOCCER SCHOOL will be embraced by a culture of learning. It is our desire that all players are happy, enthusiastic and dedicated. ESS provides a welcoming environment, which is professionally structured to offer the opportunity for young players to thrive and gain success. No one can reliably predict the future for any young player, but we hope that when a player leaves an ESS training program, at whatever age, he or she will be able to reflect on their association with us as being positive and worthwhile. ETIENNE SOCCER SCHOOL OBJECTIVES
ESS acknowledges its responsibility to set high football, academic and social standards. We will provide a disciplined environment, where the players will work together to take pride in themselves and their surroundings. ESS will promote and support good outcomes in terms of health, development and educational achievements of our players. ESS expects all adults who have contact with the players to be good models of behavior, honest and respectful towards each others.
